Mary had a little lamb who mulched grass like a lawn mower.

Yard safety awareness! Prevent yard accidents! Think before you cut. It hurts! Be yard safe! (tm)
Thank you for the invitation to the Pittsburgh Experiment 50th Anniversay event on Saturday, September 24th. I WILL BE THERE.
Football. Kickoff. Grass. Yard safety awareness. Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man.
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) is a baseball fan. I am excited about the return of professional baseball to the Washington, DC region, although, I am still faithful to my long-time favorite Pittsburgh Pirates. Incidentally, Rescue Rick (sm) won the Sportsmanship of the Year Award while playing Little League baseball. To this day, I am proud to be recognize with this award. It represents two things: (1) excellent attitude and respect for my fellow teammates and opponents and (2) excellent parents and siblings who led by example. Since I have moved to the DC region, I have set yet another personal goal; I want to throw out the first pitch at a Washington Nationals game. I want to encourage the consideration of Yard Safety Awareness Day at a Nationals game, featuring Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) as the national yard safety super hero. It all starts with a dream - THE DREAM II. Think before you cut. It hurts. (tm)
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) visited the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. recently. He learned that if he had lived in Germany (Nazi region) during the era of the Holocaust that he would have probably been killed or sterilized due to his disability and his desire to reachout to other disabled individuals. Furthermore, his creative and zestful artistic expression would have been suppressed and spanked. Rescue Rick Yard Safety Awareness (RRYSA). Think before you cut. It hurts. (tm)
I went to the beach this weekend to enjoy the final stretch of Summer and to gain some relief from this very hot Summer. At the beach, I exposed myself. I hung nine toes as I walked around the beach in modified shoes to accommodate the loss of my big toe that resulted from one of about 400,000 outdoor power equipment accidents that took place in 2003 (the year of the Rescue Rick accident). It was an interesting day to watch people who watched me (wearing my cape as well) - only to discover that I hung nine. There were several kids who came over and started counting my toes (1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 - where is 10?). My tenth little piggy went to the market and never came back; he was sliced by a lawn mower blade. The highlight of my day was meeting a few teenage boys and girls who welcomed me into their group of surfers. I made reference to hanging nine a few times, and I was offered the use of a surfboard. I never surfed before, and I was concerned about my balance (not to mention the importance of the big toe in everyday balance). After falling several times, I was determined to hang nine and catch a wave. Finally, I made several adjustments to accommodate my disability, and I found my groove. I learned from this day at the beach that people were shocked to learn of so many lawn mower accidents each year. Also, the surfers that I met accepted a new style of surfing - HANG NINE. Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) surfs on DUDE! Think before you cut. It hurts. (tm)
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) wants to get on the Oprah Winfrey Show to spread his message regarding yard safety awareness.
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) visits the Smithsonian Institution. "I wanted to introduce myself and to reserve a spot for my cape, gloves, hat, modified toy lawn mower, safety glasses, and socks as part of an exhibit to promote yard safety awareness. I met some great people at a few of the Washington, D.C. museums. I have a dream II that my cape will be on permanent display in the Smithsonian," shares Rescue Rick.
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) made another trip to the National Mall in Washington DC this past weekend.
Rescue Rick the Grass Cut Man (sm) has been performing stand-up comedy. The purpose of the show is to introduce humor and laughter to present my gruesome lawn mower accident story and teach yard safety awareness. In essence, Rescue Rick (sm) is the grass cut comic. I want someone to think about the Rescue Rick (sm) yard safety awareness campaign before they grass cut the next time. Thus, I strive to prevent people from having outdoor power equipment accidents. Please be safe. In a split-second, you can hurt yourself or someone nearby. Also, life can be short; you can die from grass cutting. Nonetheless, there is still grass to cut in cemeteries. Grass cut and have fun. Laugh a little. Laugh your graaaaaaaaassssssss off. Think before you cut. It hurts. (tm)
